About Us

Founded in 2002, Sullivan Builders, Inc. began as a licensed general building contractor in Southern Utah. For many years, we built custom homes, remodeled existing residences, and completed commercial construction projects and tenant improvements throughout the region.

In 2003, we expanded into the environmental safety industry, becoming licensed in asbestos inspections and asbestos abatement. Today, with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the asbestos industry, our primary focus is providing professional asbestos inspections, asbestos testing, asbestos surveys, and abatement oversight, along with mold inspections, mold testing, and indoor air quality sampling.

We are a Utah-licensed asbestos inspection and abatement company, trained under EPA AHERA standards, and we also maintain an active Utah General Contractor license. With decades of experience in construction and building materials, we bring a unique perspective that ensures accurate, reliable results.
